FOSS Weekly #2 - Linux Laptops, Google's new sorting algorithm, and more.

This week, the $219 Linux Laptop I've wanted to buy is coming back into production, Kernel Recipies took place in Paris, and several projects are setting ambitious goals such as reducing carbon emissions in data centers. We've also seen Big Tech companies releasing open source tools, funding projects, and collaborating with governmental organisations.
