Peter Eckersley, co-founder of Let's Encrypt, has died at 43 due to cancer. He was the director of computer science at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and has worked on Let's Encrypt, Certbot, Privacy Badger, HTTPS Everywhere, Panopticlick, and many other privacy-related projects. May his soul rest in peace.
